The dependent variable is the transition to the first job in Germany in a given year t. Estimated model is a time-discrete piece-wise constant exponential model. The “co-ethnic community size” variable is standardized: the relevant coefficient corresponds to the effect of an increase by one standard deviation. Standard errors are in parentheses.
